This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15655 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19022 of 2024 by an order dated 12.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 48 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15655 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.19022 of 2024 on 12.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 30-01-2025 Lpp To
