O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to constitute a Special Investigation Team and entrust the investigation with regard to the death of Neelaventhan registered in Crime No.809 of 2013 on the file of the Thiruppur North Police Station, Thiruppur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in Crime No.809 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been conducted the same was closed on.14.11.2014 as ''further action dropped'' and the closure report has also been filed before the Thasildar, Thiruppur.

3. In view of the observation, the respondent Police is directed to file a closure report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
