This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.291 of 2018.

2.It is seen from the records that there is a case in counter in Crime Nos.290 and 291 of 2018, being investigated by the first respondent police. Therefore, there is no question of entertaining a quash petition insofar one FIR is concerned. Both the FIRs will have to be necessarily investigated by the first respondent before coming to conclusion with regard to the role played by the parties and the offence committed by them.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime Nos.290 and 291 of 2018 and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
