W.M.P.No.79 of 2023 in W.P.No.85 of 2023 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to dispense with production of impugned notices dated 30.08.2022 in Ref.

No.GADT/CnG/ADT/GST/6151/2022-Gr2-CGST-ADTCIR-5-ADT-IIChennai-I/891528/2022 and consequential notices dated 23.11.2022 and 22.12.2022 issued by the respondent.

2. Dr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned senior counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that the original notices have been served on the petitioner by e-mail. Learned senior counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 13 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: '13. I submit that respondent issued the impugned notices dated 30.08.2022 and consequential notices dated 23.11.2022 and 22.12.2022 to us by e mail and we have taken print out and filing the above case before this Hon'ble Court. We have not been served the M.SUNDAR, J.

mmi impugned order by hardcopy and the same is served to us only by email. Hence, we are unable to file the original impugned notices before this Hon'ble Court....'

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
