2.The Act namely, the Tamilnadu Regulation of Rights and Responsibiities of Landlords and Tenants Act requires the Court to dispose of the petitions within a period of six months. It is seen that the petition has been filed in December 2019 and it is almost 3 years now. 3.In view of the same, this civil revision petition is disposed with a direction to the District Munsif Court, Ambattur to dispose of RLTOP.No.27 of 2019 atleast within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
