ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This petition is filed to implead the petitioner as a party to the proceedings in O.S.A.No.116 of 2024.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is stated that the petitioner is a shareholder holding 5750 shares which is equivalent to 0.03% percentage of the total share capital of the 2nd respondent Company. Since this Court, in the interest of protecting the interest of every stakeholder, is required to pass orders during the pendency of the Appeal in relation to the affairs of the Company, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is also a person interested. Therefore, this impleading petition is ordered.
