Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.1912/2021/Sa.Pa.1 dated 13.09.2021 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to return the original sale deed of the petitioner's father dated 19.01.2005 in pursuant with the directions of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3513 of 2021 dated 25.06.2021.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order of the 1st respondent and consequently, for a direction to the 1st respondent to return the original sale deed of the petitioner's father, pursuant to the directions of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.3513 of 2021 on 25.06.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the documents sought for by the petitioner have been returned to him and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides, no further order is necessary and the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
