This petition has been filed seeking to amend the sections as "75, 118(1), 296(b), 115(2) of BNS and Section 4 of TNPHW Act" instead of "Sections 118(1), 296(b), 115(2) & Section 4 of TNPHW Act" in Crl.O.P.No.35157 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.35157 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025 and issue fresh order copy.

3. Further, time is extended for a further period of one week from the date of receipt of fresh order copy, to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner herein, by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.35157 of 2025.
