2. The issue refers to an order of this Court dated 21.01.2020 in the instant Writ Petition. The Writ Petition was allowed on the basis of two earlier precedents reported in AIR 1998 Mad 22 and 2015 SCC Online Mad 4199. In both the earlier precedents cited, a further direction had been issued that after evaluating the value of the stock, the amount should be paid to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, in the order in the 5th paragraph, the sixth line is altered as follows:

'prevailing market value of the good and also pay the market value of the goods assessed to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This exercise must be ....'.
