This petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 23.04.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1031 of 2012 in C.C.No.69 of 2008 recall the witnesses PW.1 for further cross examination U/s.311 of Cr.P.C.

2.In view of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpattu in C.C.No. 69 of 2008, dated 26.09.2017, no further order is necessary in this Petition. 3.Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the above said Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
