PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the investigation pending in F.I.R No.235 of 2020 dated 31.03.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police to the 2nd respondent for free and fair investigation.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending in F.I.R No.235 of 2020 dated 31.03.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police to the 2nd respondent for free and fair investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report will be filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Udumalpet, within a short time. The submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and this Criminal Original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Udumalpet, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
