ORDER
This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Crl.R.C.No.7 of 2012 wherein the revisional Court has modified the order passed in M.C.No.2 of 2011 and has reduced the monthly maintenance awarded to the respondent from Rs.4000/- to Rs.2000/- and had directed the petitioner to pay the arrears of maintenance at the rate of Rs.2000/- from the date of filing of the petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the materials available on record. 3.The revisional Court has given sufficient reasons to fix the maintenance amount in favour of the respondent's wife and in fact it has reduced the monthly maintenance from Rs.4000/- to Rs.2000/- per month. This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below requiring interference. 4.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
