ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120 read with Sections 420, 409 of IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed and hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the trial Court in accordance with law.
