COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the dismissal order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chengalpattu in Cr.M.P.Nos.1030 & 1032 of 2012 dated 23.04.2012 in C.C.Nos.70 & 71 of 2008 respectively on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chengalpattu and direct to reopen and recall the witnesses PW1 for further cross examination under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition.
