Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from anyway and in any manner alienating or handing over the Shop No.1 under the occupation of the petitioner in TAHDCO Commercial Shop Complex belonging to them in Eastern Side of Ulundurpet Bus Terminus to the 4th respondent and directing them to renew the lease to the petitioner in respect of the said shop, without disturbing his continuous occupation as Lessee by any of the respondents or any other officials tracing power under them.

ORDER

(Through Video Conferencing) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from anyway and in any manner alienating or handing over the Shop No.1 under the occupation of the petitioner in TAHDCO Commercial Shop Complex belonging to them in Eastern Side of Ulundurpet Bus Terminus to the 4th respondent and directing them to renew the lease to the petitioner in respect of the said shop, without disturbing his continuous occupation as Lessee by any of the respondents or any other officials tracing power under them.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner is no more and a Miscellaneous Petition is filed for impleadment of the legal heirs. 3.However, looking into the relief sought for, the same cannot be granted at this length of time, more specifically, after a lapse of six years. However, if at all, any other grievance exists as of now, the legal heirs of the original petitioner are at liberty to pursue the matter before the Competent Authority for redressal.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar
