2. This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to permit the petitioner's Association to participate in Khelo India Youth Games 2020 for Cycling to be started from 11.01.2020 to 16.01.2020 and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2019.

3. Considering the fact that the prayer sought for in this writ petition is in respect of an event between 11.01.2020 and 16.01.2020, the matter become infructuous and thus, this Writ Petition is disposed as infructuous, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
