3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first Respondent submitted that the Petitioner had filed this Petition
to quash the First Information Report. On further investigation Charge Sheet was laid before the Court concerned. Thereafter, the case was committed to the Court of the learned Principal Sessions Judge and taken cognizance of the offence and numbered as S.C.No.122 of 2020.
4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
