Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to refund the sum of Rs. 48,140/- for the assessment year 2010 - 2011 by consider the petitioner representation dated 11/02/2020 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the representation in question dated 11.02.2020 (for which there is no acknowledgment of receipt) has been handed over across the table to the respondents. The petitioner requests that he may be permitted to file a fresh representation in line with representation dated 11.02.2020 and reiterating the contents thereof and liberty is so granted. Such representation, if and when filed, shall be disposed within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of the same. 2.
