ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to suspend the sentence passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Cuddalore in S.C.No.164 of 2017 by judgment dated 22.10.2024 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
