The present Application has been filed to accept the English Translation of Tamil Will dated 09/05/1997 reg.doc.No.62/1997 Book III SRO Virugambakkam, Filed in Sr.No.49242/2024 CNR No.HCMA010699962024 dated 10/04/2024 and consequently dispense with the translation of the said Will by High Court Registry.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and I have been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.889 of 2025 in O.P.DR.No.49231 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
