The sole respondent died and the sole appellant also died. To implead the legal heirs of the sole respondent and the appellant they filed applications to condone the delay, setting aside the abatement and to bring the legal heirs on record. Though they filed applications, they did not filed any copies of affidavit and objection for the past several years and also this Court granted several opportunity and even though they did not filed any copies of affidavit and objection. Therefore, it shows that the appellant have no interest with the proceedings. Therefore, these applications are dismissed.
