The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 & 2 to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2025.
Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 & 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the petitioner had given the representation dated 18.12.2025 to respondents 1 and 2, alleging that he was facing threat from private respondents 3 and 4. Based on the said representation, an enquiry was conducted in Current Paper No.8 of 2025 and it was found that there was no threat at all for the petitioner. Consequently, the enquiry was closed.
