(CRIME NO.1144 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the S-1 Pallavaram Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed on the petitioner by order of this Honble Court on 04.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19081 of 2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19081 of 2020 dated 04.12.2020.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19081 of 2020 dated 04.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
