ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in connection with Crime No.13/2024 dated 04.08.2024 pending on the file of the respondent police for offences under Section 406 IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act, 1997.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondent Police is directed to expedite the investigation in connection with Crime No.13/2024 and file a charge sheet as early as possible.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
