ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition seeking direction to the third respondent to register and release the pending document No.P/Thiyagaraya Nagar/163/2023 without insisting on the petitioner to pay additional registration fee of 2 percentage i.e. Rs.62,10,000/- pending disposal of the writ petition stands dismissed, since the prayer in this miscellaneous petition as well as the main writ petition is the same. Final relief cannot be granted by way of interim relief. There will be no order as to costs.
