Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members to remove the materials unloaded in his patta land. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members to remove the stones and materials unloaded in the subject property.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 would contend that already a civil case in O.S.No.180 of 2019 is pending with regard to the dispute between the parties on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri.

3.In such view of the matter, there cannot not be any direction to the police to give protection unless the rights of the parties are decided by the Civil Court.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
