This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to inform the petitioner about the outcome of the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.05.2016 for seeking necessary criminal action against the accused.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the enquiry has been conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same is pending before their superior officer and necessary action will be taken based on the said enquiry. In fact, it has been submitted that the first two allegations in the complaint was found to be false and only on the basis of the third allegation First Information Report has to be registered and after registration of the FIR, the petitioner will be informed about the same.

3. In view of the above submissions, no blanket direction is required to be issued to the respondent to give information to the petitioner regarding enquiry conducted at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
