This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28407 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28407 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders.
