ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned Proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3603/A2/2022, dated 18.11.2022 and to quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to approve the appointment of Teacher Sr. M.Arokia Mary in the regular sanctioned post of B.T. Assistant (English) in the petitioner school from the date of appointment on 01.11.2018 and to make the payment of salary with interest and other service benefits.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned 2/4
counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending Writ Petition, the respondents have given approval for appointment of Sr.M.Arokia Mary as B.T.Assistant (English) in the petitioner School vide proceedings dated 26.09.2025 in K/K/vz;/4022-M2-2025.
