This application had been filed to declare the third and final dividend of 0.20 paise per rupee to the tune of Rs 28,25,596/- to the 560 proved unsecured creditors.

As per the report filed by the Official Assignee, there were a total claim for a sum of Rs. 1,97,06,735/- of which 13 claims were rejected and with regard to the admitted claims, the sum was arrived at 1,41,27,979/-. To the proved unsecured creditors, there were already 2 dividends were declared at the rate of .60 paise in a rupee and .20 paise in a rupee respectively.

Presently, this application has been presented by the Official Assignee to declare the remaining .20 paise per rupee dividend for the said unsecured creditors, which would represent 100% payment of the admitted claims of all the admitted unsecured creditors. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

In view of the fact that all the unsecured creditors have been settled in full of their admitted claim, the application is ordered as prayed for and the Official Assignee is permitted to declare and disburse the third and final dividend of 0.20 paise to a rupee to the tune of Rs. 28,25,596/-to the 560 unsecured creditors.
