ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.6 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the 2nd accused, whose son/A2 and the daughter of the defacto complainant were in love affair. Due to which there was some exchange of words through e-mails, Face Book, which caused annoyance to the defacto complainant leading to a complaint against the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that initially a case was registered by the respondent and after investigation, he filed 'Further Action Dropped' report on 01.03.2019 before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.
