The dispute pertaining to the present complaint was earlier amicably settled between the defacto complainant and the main accused in FIR No. 144 of 2014. Pursuant to that, this Court by earlier order dated 07.01.2016 had quashed the complaint insofar as other 13 named persons in the FIR in Crl.OP. No. 25021 of 2015.
2. The petitioners in this petition are also the named persons in the FIR. No. 144 of 2014. In view of the amicable settlement between the parties and the consequent quashing of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the investigation in FIR No. 144 of 2014 in respect of other persons concerned, the present Criminal Original Petition is liable to be allowed. Consequently, the charge sheet No. 06/2016, dated 25.01.2016 on the file of the respondent is quashed.
