Respondents Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the FIR No.1805 of 2015 dated 16.06.2015 on the file of the third respondent and file charge sheet on the FIR registered against the offender at the earliest and file final report forthwith.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to file final report in Crime No.1805 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR was filed in the year 2015 and the petitioner approached the respondents on various dates to expedite the investigation but till now no action has been taken. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police to file final report within a stipulated time frame.

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

4.Since the First Information Report has been filed in the year 2015 and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.1805 of 2015 pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible, if the final report is not filed.
