Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to determine the compensation due to the petitioners towards acquisition by the first respondent of the petitioner's lands bearing Survey Nos.108/1B1 and 108/6A comprising of 642 sq.metres, in accordance with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
