Elumalai, 2.Kirubanandan, S/o.Elumalai, 3.Kandasamy alias Chinnakannu, 4.Raja S/o.Elumalai and 5.Nagammal based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner P. Revathy dated 26.11.2019. 2/6
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.11.2019, C.S.R.No.65 of 2020 was issued and preliminary enquiry was conducted and the said complaints were closed on 01.02.2020.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not at all examined and she was not intimated with regard to the closure of her complaint.
5. Considering the abovesaid submissions, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed. The respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
