As directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 27.02.2024, registry has printed the name of the respondents in A.No.230 of 2024. 2.This application has been filed seeking to implead the respondents 3 and 4 as party defendants in the suit.

3.The respondents 3 and 4 have been duly served with the notice in this application. Till date, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4/proposed defendants.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application for impleading the proposed defendants. 5.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of this order.
