ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Fourth Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to complete the trial of the case in C.C.No.389 of 2022 in Crime No.81/ TN3/2021 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fourth Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.389 of 2022 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
