Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, pleased to modify the condition in Paragraph No. 7(b) the petitioners stay at Chengalpet and they shall report before the Chengalpet Town Police Station on every day at 6:30 p.m, until further orders; It is made clear that the petitioners shall not interim jurisdiction limit of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.28417 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 and pass orders. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Paragraph No. 7(b) the petitioners shall stay at Chengalpet and they shall report before the Chengalpet Town Police Station on every day at 6:30 p.m, until further orders; It is made clear that the petitioners shall not interim jurisdiction limit of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.28417 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 and pass orders.

2. The petitioners through his counsel gives an undertaking before this Court that he will not file any petition seeking for relaxation or modification.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is relaxed to the effect that he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m for a period of 30 days. This Condition will expire automatically at the 31st day.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
