This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 8(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27438 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27438 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 27438 of 2024, dated 05.11.2024, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition.
