PRAYER in W.P.No.179 of 2022 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned communication issued by the 4th respondent in O.Mu.No.2765/Aa1/2020 dated 20.07.2021 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the sanctioned post of P.G.Assistant (Commerce) in the 5th respondent school from the date of appointment on 18.03.2020 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including the arrears of salary, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

PRAYER in W.P.No.181 of 2022 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned communication issued by the 4th respondent in O.Mu.No.2766/Aa1/2020 dated 20.07.2021 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the sanctioned post of P.G.Assistant (Maths) in the 5th respondent school from the date of appointment on 12.03.2020 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including the arrears of salary, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed challenging the orders issued by the respondents in and by which the appointments were refused to be approved.

2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsels on either side would produce two orders by which both the writ petitioners namely Manikandan and Pradeep's appointments were approved by the respondents.

3. As such, nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
