Crl.MP.No.372 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.32609 of 2019 P.RAJAMANICKAM.J., Since the F.I.R. has been registered under the provisions of POCSO Act, the Sessions Judge / Magalir Neethi Mandram, the Court which is constituted under the POCSO Act is having jurisdiction to deal with the bail application. Hence this petition is allowed.

2. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main petition and also in the order passed by this Court dated 03.12.2019 and issue fresh order.

3. For surrendering the petitioners before the said Court, two weeks time is extended.
