These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by order dated 07.12.2023 and 19.12.2023 respectively in Crl.OP.Nos.27527 & 28410 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, these Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
