This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 11.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.27739 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
