ORDER

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the 1st respondent to instruct his subordinate the 4th respondent to take action for the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2015 and register the complaint.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P.Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.03.2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 20.08.2017.
