This Sub Application has been filed by the applicant praying to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 08.12.2010 passed by this Court in O.A.No.1218 of 2010 in C.S.No.811 of 2004.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has filed a certified copy of the order dated 08.12.2010 passed by this Court in O.A.No.1218 of 2010 in C.S.No.811 of 2004 and the same was received by the Registry on 02.01.2023.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for applicant, this Sub Application is closed as no further order is required to be passed.
