This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 06.11.2023 in Crl.MP.No.16815 of 2023 to report before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pulianthoope Range, Chennai, on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Pulianthoope Range, Chennai, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
