The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition, while he was working as Branch Manager, Indian Bank, Kacheerapalayam Branch, he was compulsorily retired on 08.11.2010. But his terminal benefits, for which he is entitled to, has not been released, in spite of many representations, last of which was sent on 10.03.2018. Hence, he has come to this Court seeking direction to the 1st respondent to release terminal benefits. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner sought for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the said representation within a stipulated period.

3.Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, no useful purpose would be served by issuing notice to the respondent and seeking counter in this matter. Hence, this Court is of the view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with a direction to the respondents to consider such representation of the petitioner.

4.Hence, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, more particularly, the 2nd respondent to consider such representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of production of this order by the petitioner. No costs.
