C O M M O N J U D G M E N T The learned counsel appearing for both sides, in all the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, submitted that the entire award amounts with interest and costs have been deposited by the Insurance Company / appellant and the same have been withdrawn by the claimants / respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents / claimants has also filed memos today to that effect.

2. The learned counsel for both sides also submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in these Appeals.

3. In view of the above, confirming the awards passed by the Claims Tribunal, all the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed. No costs.
