ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.6978 of 2019 dated 01.04.2019, thereby directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 14.12.2014 and to issue non-traceable certificate within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that due to covid-19 pandemic circumstances, the respondent could not able to issue the non-traceable certificate within the time stipulated by this Court. However, it is made ready and they are ready and willing to issue the same. 3.

Recording the said submission, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is directed to approach the respondent Police Station on 15.02.2021 at 5.00 p.m. and the respondent is directed to issue non-traceable certificate.
