ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to conduct an enquiry and register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.01.2011 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that in respect of the incident dated 17.01.2011 on a complaint given by one Parthiban who is the son of the Petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.19 of 2011 for the offences under section 294(b), 323, 324 IPC and the same has been now altered to 307 IPC.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
